Won't recommend this company to anyone unless a certain HR head from qatar leaves the company. Until the time he is there at the company anyone working under hwon’t have any growth. He says one thing now and after we do that the next day he says the complete opposite of that and then shouts at us asking why you did it the other way yesterday. He doesn’t have any idea about HR specifically in India because he is not even an HR. He just took upon the role of HR head without having any idea about how to go about it. He thinks in kerala market there is no job and everyone will work for so less salary. He wants people with the most education and communication skills but he doesn’t want to provide the salary matching to it. The team needs an HR manager in the Kochi office, there was a great candidate who was interviewed and was liked by everyone, just because they asked for higher CTC than the band they are not ready to hire them, but the thing is the in hand salary of that person will be very low compared to the normal HR manager salary for a person with that many years of experience. They want someone based on the same religion and a male, because that person won’t say anything back to upper management. Just because of this person all the team members are resigning. He came to Kochi office and demotivated the entire team saying they are worthless. Just because of one person there is so much attrition that even the managers are helping their subordinates find another job. He thinks he can do everything that everyone does so well but doesn’t have any clue. Whatever input you give to him about making the process easier and better he won’t accept it nor listen to it. He thinks listening to our opinions is beneath him and will make fun of us for providing this input. Overall won’t recommend working here....Read More
