Lot of improvement is needed .. in terms of pay : they are ready to pay more for external hires but not ready to pay for someone who has worked in the company for many years .. ppl who come from outside May or may not be skilled but still get payed more .. but for ppl within know how to deal with ppl but will not get paid more .. which is disgusting. When it comes to appraisal .. it’s all scripted .. even when you do good for one year .. it still depended on your manager for rating .. disappointing When it comes to systems .. team leads will not get laptops to work which is ridiculous.. where as other companies agents will have better laptops.. we often feel like we are working with low grade company .. cost cutting will be looked even on team outings .. these guys talk about transparency as one of their value .. but management doesn follow that .. I would reckon someone joining here .. pls join only if you are looking to pass your semester off time .. come .. work here for 2-3 months and then quit .. not an ideal company for long term goals .. Target process A lot of office politics in Target process. The top management is known for cornering people who's not in their favourite list. Not preferable for female employee's, they give less care about safety. Target process in 24/7 is not at all preferable, very toxic environment. Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Management in AT&T is very bad, they don't value the performers, people who are close to the management are lucky ones.. People who perform continuously but are not close with management have no value.. Social media is a peaceful process when it comes to client, but the management in social media of AT&T are biased, they don't valuethe efforts of supervisors, managers and agents as well. It was all good experience to work with the organization but they were promises which made during the training. Bonuses and perks will be given but they were never ever given and also their is religion biased leaders within the organization.

Coffee machines are worst and only 2 biscuits brands which feels super cheap. No choice to choose the sugar content in coffee or hot brewages. Need coffe?? Get sugar along with it. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go. Bunker rooms are there but need TL to be there to sign, to which TLs refuse and its worst feeling. Sometimes targets seems unavailable....Read More

Poor working culture, dey literally pile up even single minute & create complete 9hrs shift asking us to compensate the loss of time. They conduct fun Fridays & ask us to compensate that fun time by staying back after shift, use to take snaps of employees having fun at office but never disclosed that they're working extra time to compensate the fun time they had.
