247 is not at all good place to work if some one is looking for good salary and carrier, because from my personal experience of 3+ Years here, they don't offer good salary and ECOP (incentive) is a very big scam here. Lot of favouritism and corporate politics here. But if you're just looking to build your skills you can definitely learn thing's here. But believe me guys there are lot of other options and opportunities outside there. Don't join here without researching and you can see lot of negative reviews to this company. It's been a good experience as a fresher but after certain time you still want to learn things which will help you further grow but this company doesn't think that way. I felt like being stuck in the same place there's no further learnings in the same role. Growth is limited even I'm one of the best performing agent in the process and it's been 19 months.
