A very bad management. Specially Mr. Wasim from Overstock the worst manager one could ever get. Managers just want to take advantage of the employees and do not even grant the earned leaves.

They need to change there manager or atleast inculcate them with empathy as they do not have any even after being in the business of customer service.

The company doesn't have proper ethics. If any of the person wants to start their carrier with 247.ai, it's useless cuz there is no job security. They always look into the cheap tricks to remove the employee once the season has done.

The company doesn't follow their policies. Once their requirement has done, they'll remove their employees. If any one wants to start up their carrier, I'd recommend them to don't join in 247.ai

Worst experience I ever had. First thing there is no work life balance in this organisation you have to work continuous night shift and no growth and less basic pay. They will make us jealous about money like incentives but they won't give and worst thing is if you want to quit this company don't serve notice period because they never pay you complete FFS for what you've worked.

From hiring management to process management every person worst. None of head department think about employee n employees satisfaction. They made their 5values as 247 values but that is also show off. No one think about employee n his life
