We have positive cases in each floor, but the company is just sanitizing the bay and making the team in quarantine for 7 days. With the same cloth they are sanitizing all the system and moreover there is no individual system for all, once and executive logout the other taking the system. If u perform well on level 1, they offer you superior roles like sme, quality analyst, trainer, team leader all on back up based on ur ability. This would help learn lot of things for growth but to get on papers, it takes years are there is extremely high competition. Another advantage here is they are very lineant with leaves for level 1. As long as u have leave balance, they are okay to grant u leave. All other basics requirements are met from this company....Read More

Salary is comparatively less. Sometimes they illogically pressurize to meet their targets. That's is still cool as long as u show minor improvements. Yearly hike is not more than 5%

The workplace is good. Company infrastructure is super and cafeteria seems to have lot many options.. Good opportunity to learn for freshers. Good place to time paas and take experience for 1-2 years. Don't think of setting there for more than 2 years..

There is a lot to say in this section! First thing, the transport issues. Transportation is a never ending issue irrespective of how many ever times you complain. Growth - Just forget it! Unless you are a hot girl or you do the highest level of bucketing to your manager you wont get it! It would atleast take 4-5 years easily. Managers being biased is the worst best thing in this company! Compensation and benefits 0000... Apart from health insurance nothing much is provided. Job security is nil. You never know when you are out of the company! You have to beg for your own leaves. This is gud only for freshers. somehow survive for 1 year and leave the company! initial 3 months will be learning curve so there is nothing much to do..
