It's really annoying the workplace is really not good the boss behaves very rude with the employees and don't know how to talk with the employees as well as they don't pay on time to there employees they cut the payment for no reason and no holidays are provided by them even if you have any emergency or something moreover they don'thave more than 2 employees in there company and it's just a company by name not by environment or workplace so whenever you try to go there just remember all these things. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

No employee policy - no leave, no extra benifit. Salary issue - no fixed date and method to pay. (Some time cash, some time UPI, or also use it's personal account to pay salary) Working palace - it's not looking like office, basement setup, like warehouse Owner Behaviour - very chip, he think we are labelers.
