We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT/ITeS sales, specifically targeting financial institutions in India. This role requires an individual with strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Lead Generation:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target organizations and key decision-makers within the BFS sector.
    • Proactively generate independent leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Execution & Client Engagement:
    • Engage with potential clients to present our companys capabilities, articulate value propositions, and provide tailored solutions to their challenges.
    • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
    • Leverage internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to support business growth and client engagement strategies.
    • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify, develop, and manage alliances and partnerships to drive channel sales and expand market reach.
  • Travel Requirement:
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven Sales Expertise:
    • 4 7 years of experience in IT/ITeS sales, with a focus on the BFS sector in India.
    • Demonstrated success in selling IT services/solutions to financial institutions, with a preference for experience in Indian banks.
    • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Business Development & Negotiation Skills:
    • Ability to independently generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.
    • Effective negotiation skills with experience in handling complex sales processes.
  • Technical & Presentation Skills:
    • Hands-on experience in writing compelling proposals, crafting presentations, and delivering persuasive pitches to senior stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of BFS industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
