The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams while driving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Development : Develop, execute, and optimize sales strategies that align with Teknorix s goals of expanding market share in the IT solutions and product engineering sectors.
Team Leadership & Growth : Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team. Establish a culture of excellence, focusing on accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-first mindset.
Revenue Growth : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by targeting high-growth sectors and potential clients in need of innovative technology solutions.
Client Relationships & Account Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise customers. Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering tailor-made solutions that leverage Teknorixs wide range of services.
Pipeline Management & Reporting : Oversee the development and management of a strong sales pipeline. Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to senior leadership on key metrics, forecast accuracy, and growth strategies.
Collaboration Across Teams : Work closely with Teknorix s product development, engineering, and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer demand and market trends. Contribute to shaping the future direction of Teknorixs service portfolio.
Closing Deals & Negotiations : Lead negotiations for complex enterprise deals. Ensure mutually beneficial contract terms while meeting the companys revenue goals and maintaining profitability.
Qualifications:
Experience : 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or software services industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Leadership & Team Building : Proven experience in building, managing, and growing a sales team to drive revenue and market expansion.
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, software development, and cloud-based products. Ability to quickly grasp the technical details and position Teknorixs offerings as solutions to client pain points.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, and market opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing : Expertise in managing complex negotiations and closing deals with C-level executives in large enterprises.
Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not required.
