- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company s IT solutions and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, and digital transformation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Self-motivation: A proactive and results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
