Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development professional to join our IT marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales and marketing strategies within the IT industry.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to expand the company s footprint in the IT sector, targeting new markets, clients, and revenue streams.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach, while fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Market Research Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the IT industry, particularly in areas such as cloud solutions, software development, managed services, and enterprise applications.
  • Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and technology providers to enhance the service offerings and solutions portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns, content, and messaging that align with business development efforts and resonate with potential clients.
  • Sales Targets Reporting: Meet or exceed sales quotas, providing regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company s IT solutions and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, and digital transformation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Self-motivation: A proactive and results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
