Business Development - Testing Services (QA)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and grow our Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing Services. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with delivery teams to provide testing solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing services, an understanding of QA methodologies, and a proven track record in business development or sales.

1. Market Research & Strategy:

   • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in software testing services.
   • Develop and execute strategies to capture new clients and expand existing accounts.

2. Sales & Business Development:

   • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
   • Present testing service offerings, including automation testing, performance testing, functional testing, security testing, and more.
   • Develop and deliver proposals, pricing models, and service agreements in collaboration with the technical and pre-sales teams.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

   • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
   • Understand client business requirements and propose tailored QA solutions.
   • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

4. Collaboration with Delivery & QA Teams:

   • Work closely with QA and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with client requirements.
   • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of testing services.

5. Targets & Reporting:

   • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for QA services.
   • Track sales activities and report on pipeline status, closed deals, and key metrics to management.
