QA Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Manager to lead our quality assurance team in building robust automation frameworks and strategies. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing solutions to ensure the highest software quality across our products.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies to enhance test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and release teams to define testing requirements and drive quality initiatives.
• Continuously monitor and improve automation processes and tools to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with automation tools (e. g. , Selenium, Appium, etc. ) and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving high-quality standards.
