- Mobile Banking: Testing mobile banking applications, including user interface (UI) testing, functional testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Audit Mgmt: Experience in testing audit management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit procedures.
- EFRM: Expertise in testing Enterprise Fraud Risk Management systems to identify and mitigate fraud risks.
- Email & Messaging: Testing email and messaging systems, including security, deliverability, and integration with other applications.
- Enterprise GL: Testing Enterprise General Ledger systems, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and data integrity.
- MIS/ADF: Experience in testing Management Information Systems (MIS) and Application Development Frameworks (ADF), ensuring data accuracy and report generation.
- ODS: Testing Operational Data Stores (ODS) for data quality, consistency, and timely data delivery.
- ESB & API Mgmt: Experience in testing Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and API Management systems, ensuring seamless integration between different applications.
- Intranet Website: Testing intranet websites for usability, functionality, and security.
- Procurement: Testing procurement processes and systems, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- EMS & Helpdesk: Testing Enterprise Mobility Management (EMS) and helpdesk systems, ensuring smooth device management and efficient customer support.
- CASA sourcing (Retail): Testing systems related to Current Account Savings Account (CASA) sourcing for retail customers, including campaigns and customer onboarding processes.
- CIB: Testing systems related to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), including trade finance, treasury, and lending operations.
- LOS, DMS: Testing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Document Management Systems (DMS) for loan processing, document management, and customer onboarding.
- AML: Testing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation.
- HRMS: Testing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), including payroll, employee records, and recruitment processes.
- CRMS: Testing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including customer data management, sales and marketing campaigns, and customer service interactions.
- MRMS: Testing Market Risk Management Systems, ensuring accurate assessment and mitigation of market risks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans
