Job Description

QA Lead - Flexcube SURROUND Application This role requires a strong foundation in QA methodologies and a deep understanding of the Flexcube SURROUND application. Heres a breakdown of essential and desirable skillsets: Essential Skills:

Flexcube SURROUND Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of SURROUND modules (e.g., Core Banking, Payments, Treasury)
- Strong understanding of SURROUND architecture, data flow, and integrations
- Experience with SURROUND implementations, upgrades, and customizations
QA Methodologies:
- Expert in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and STLC (Software Testing Lifecycle)
- Proficiency in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of various testing types (functional, regression, integration, performance, security, UAT)
Automation Testing:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT, etc.)
- Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Stakeholder management skills
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions

Technical Skills:
