*Salary you'll get on time. *Onsite project purpose they can send you anywhere but only depends on project. *Learning & development team is working a great job for training, they conduct several training on different topics & it's really helpful for knowledge gain.

*To send on-site they book the flight early morning first flight. But after be available there on hotel you have to wait for 5-6 hours in reception as check in timing is from 12 pm. After sending you onsite company will not that much responsibility on you. *If any of your family member is ill they don't allow to work from home or allow for leave. it's only for local south employees only. *Promotion & good increment don't expect even you work till late night. *Don't expect good salary as per market standards. * RMG head Sowmya, that lady is the worst person for that organisation, she not even at all employee friendly. Never ready to listen your problem. So much of attitude problem & for her lots of employees are quit from the job. She is behaving like she is the company owner/MD/CEO. Also the PMO head Adithya has the same attitude & HR is not ready to listen your problems. Worst management. * Poor management. * No values for employees. * No recognition of good work. *Salary hike is only 2-3%. Work till manager wants. Till midnight sometimes even more. They want employees in office, even if sick. Totally team lead and manager centric politics. Manager and team lead job is secure. If anything comes from client side then testers are main target. Hr team is cutputli of manager. When you raise voice to upper authority no one listen not even talk with you.

Communal environment in Jaipur office for muslims in the initial days. Later on it got sorted, but in the beginning you have to face their ugly mindset of very selective seniors and head of Jaipur.

Job security, highlight of good work to the manager unless you have performance and behaviour issue. Flexible working hour and depending on projects can get WFH. Leave policy and carry forward of leaves is too poor.

Dislikes

Appraisal percentage is very low and not meeting the industry standards. Timesheet application should be more user friendly and reliable. Centre of excellence team is not meeting the company expectations and provides inputs and requirement of the function on their own

They will not give you proper hike. They will pull you down to your last drawn CTC. Talent acquisition team is good for nothing. The HR manager will speak like a drunked man. When he interviewed, he said me he have to train me many aspects as I haven't worked on the requirement that organization has. But it's been a month I've been there no training was given by him. He will flirt with girls and will fight with them for AC remote. He have an attitude that he is a manager infront of others but when CEO or COO comes he will shake his tail like a puppy. I didn't even like the way he took the interview. And the lady HR manager will put pressure on peers. Being a manager she should provide solution but she will put the blame on peers and yell at them.
