Nothing is great of liking this, since this is small startup company people are easily reachable to discuss any issues or impediments.

Dislikes

No growth.No Process.No work Balance. Poor compensation.They can move you from one location to another in single night.Company lacks serious process which keeps on changing every friday according to their style.Notice period 90 days,no buyouts,no leave encashment,no gratuity and no work from home.

Not good and not bad can work for an year that's it.

As it is a consulting company, travelling is part of the job

We should try to manage the work life as the projects will be for shorter duration and the timelines would be tighter. However there will not be pressure from manager's as most of them are realistic in nature
