Key Requirements :

Banking and Financial Services Expertise :

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience managing testing assignments in core banking,

lending, payments, or similar banking applications.

Core Banking System Experience :

- Proven working experience in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCS Bancs modules.

- The experience should not be older than 8 years and must include functional analysis.

Functional Knowledge :

- In-depth understanding of key modules such as CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Overdrafts,

Clearing, Payments, and General Ledger (GL).

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Functional Analysis :

- Analyze functional requirements based on BRD (Business Requirement Documents).

2. Testing :

- Prepare and review test scenarios and test plans.

- Conduct manual and automation testing.

- Log and track defects to closure while managing defect-related documentation.

3. Stakeholder Engagement :

- Manage communication with stakeholders effectively.

- Address and drive resolution of issues identified during testing.

4. Client Collaboration :

- Work in client-facing roles with effective communication skills.

5. Travel Readiness :

- Be willing to travel based on project needs.

Qualifications :

Core Banking Expertise :

- Working knowledge of modules in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCS Bancs from current or recent projects.

- Retail and corporate banking experience is a must.

Testing Experience :

- Proven track record in designing, reviewing, and executing test cases and scenarios.

- Competence in defect management and bug reporting.

Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication for bug documentation and stakeholder feedback.

- Flexibility to adapt and align with client requirements.

Professional Certification :

- Certifications related to core banking, project management, or testing are preferred.
