Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and automation, with a strong focus on D365 applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for D365 applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Ensure the quality of D365 implementations, configurations, and customizations.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.

- Automate test cases using industry-standard tools to improve efficiency and coverage.

- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.

- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for quality assurance in D365 environments.

- Stay updated with the latest D365 updates, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing.

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for backend testing.

- Familiarity with API testing and integration testing.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, or other automation tools.

- Knowledge of Power Platform testing.

- ISTQB certification is a plus.
