Engineering Manager - Software Quality Assurance (8-12 yrs)

What you will do :

- Lead and mentor a team of 2-10 QA engineers.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.

- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases to cover all functionalities of the platform and products.

- Identify, reproduce, and report bugs effectively.

- Work with developers to fix bugs and ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in code reviews and identify potential quality issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and tools.

- Continuously improve the QA processes and tools within the team.

Requirements :

- At least 2+ years of experience as a QA Lead or Engineer.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience in designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test automation scripts.

- Hands-on experience with various QA tools and frameworks (e.g , Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, Mockito).

- Experience in writing clean and maintainable code.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mind.
