Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Sales Leader to drive the growth of our IT Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT solutions sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure services, market trends, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust business development strategy to expand the company s client base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and closing of high-value deals.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client needs with service offerings and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company s service portfolio, including IT infrastructure end-user/work desk management, cloud services, data center solutions, network management, and cybersecurity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies and strategize accordingly.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensure profitable terms, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to senior management.
  • Own the sales targets for the IT IMS business.
  • Lead the BD team and report to the BD Head.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales/business development within the IT infrastructure managed services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working on large and complex IT infrastructure deals.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle for IT services.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions such as managed services, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
