Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate
Work experience skills:
Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in IFRS, Indian GAAP, Ind AS and US GAAP reporting and various processes of accounts finance.
Duties/Responsibilities: Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions as per IFRS , IGAAP, INDAS
Preparation of Standalone and consolidated financial statements.
Providing end-to-end finance and accounts solutions, handling Statutory and tax Audit of Companies
Ensure timely closure of books on monthly basis
and budget preparation.
Provide audit support to the auditors, Coordinates with auditors and provides needed information ensuring audit is completed on time.
- Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage
- Results oriented and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
Proven analytical and decision-making skills
Flexibility proactivity
Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or similar software would be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
