Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - !. Take a paper and write about your plus and minus in-terms of work that you are applying for . if you feel you are 80 % goes with plus and 20% minus then you proceed attending the interview or else just leave and proceed next job.

3. Be polite and attend the interview
4. Be Confident and strong in answering the questions.
5. Don't argue with the interviewer if you are junior or senior to them .
6. Don't do shopping with the different offers it is not healthy about your profile building
7.Take the offer if it is perfect one .
8. Join the job with proper notice
9. Complete the joining process perfectly that will always ensure the employer to be prefect in all the way with you .
10. Love the job what you do and do it.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - During interview, Recruiter and Hr just ask if you have laptop and broadband.
But the thing is they will hide many things from you like during training they will ask you to arrange extra phone and sim card, and you have to bear all the expenses like mobile and internet recharge and electricity bill.
Plus it was a contract job and they did not disclose this during interview.They will tell you that we informed you earlier about this.
Salary is too low as per the work load.
Don't even get time to breathe and there are no employee value.Your trainer and Tl will treat you like hell.
There is no personal life after working in Teleperformance.
There are no breaks, you have to ask like a student if you want to go to loo also.
This was the worst experience of my life.

Round: Test Experience: On that day huge strength of students was attended, including our university. The criteria are 60% in 10th,12th, and current degree without standing arrears. However I qualified for this round. It was simple. Tips: 1. Command over the vocabulary. 2. Reading of newspaper and novels regularly.
Duration: 1 hour Total Questions: 50
Round: Group Discussion Experience: There were 7 groups which consisted 10 members each. Each person had given the time seperately to talk about the topic and later HR was asking a general question. Tips: 1. Fluency should be good. 2. Clarity in voice. 3. Knowledge about the topic Duration: 11 hours 20 minutes
Round: Technical + HR Interview Experience: There was panel of 4 people who were asking questions. They went through all my resume and asked the questions. Tips: 1.Confidence 2. Knowledge about languages 3. Proper resume 3. Inflencial technical skills

General Tips: Always keep smile in face n be happy .dont be hesitate infront of Hr.
Dont be oversmart behave gently. Skills: Communication, Body Language, Presentation Skills, Decision Making Skills
Round: Test Experience: There were primarily two sections.General quant and english skills. Passages in english sections were quite long. Quant mostly consisted of DI type of questns. The difficulty level was that of CAT level. Tips: Any CAT book is sufficient enough to practice. Duration: 140 minutes
Round: HR Interview Experience: They asked mostly general questions like describing yourself and about your family background. They might ask you to speak on any topic for a few minutes. I loved the interview. It was for about 15 mins. They tried to stress me a bit by pointing out my CGPA and etc but i could counter them. Tips: Basically I believe they check out your communication skills. And they might demotivate you by citing many other opportunities. Just stay focussed under any situation. Know your resume well if you face the panel. Don't just write anything or copy paste..control your nerves in the interview and i am sure you will succeed.
Skill Tips: If you really want to join this company then after clearing the apti just stay focused at the interview and show them that you are determined to join infosys. This is a good company for low scoring students. ALL THE BEST!!! College Name: NIT WARANGAL
Round: Test Experience: Question asked were simple and straight forward. In verbal section they asked synonyms, antonyms and passage. In quantitative section was very easy,as well as reasoning. Tips: Questions are very easy and straightforward but time is very important factor for clearing this test so solve previous TCS test papers. Duration: 60 minutes
Round: Technical Interview Experience: In technical interview simple questions on sorting algorithm were asked. Questions on microprocessor were asked. Tips: Basics of C/C++ is very imporatnt so clear the basic concepts of C/C++ and also be well versed in your subjects.
Round: HR Interview Experience: General starting question was tell us about your self, about your family background and why you want to join TCS. Tips: Prepare for general HR questions.Try to be natural to them and make them realize that you are really interested in joining the company.
Skill Tips: Learn basics of C/C++ properly and also learn basics of your subjects in graduation. Skills: Sorting, Microprocessor College Name: NIT WARANGAL
Round: Technical Interview Experience: NO Technical interview.They asked some basic questions in C,C++ for some cse and ECE students.
Round: HR Interview Experience: He started with 'tell me about yourself'. Then he followed my entire resume and asked questions on extra curricular activities.Then he asked why do you want to join in our organization.Panel is very good and friendly. HR was very friendly and it went very well.
Skill Tips: Its good opportunity for people who have less CGPA. Even it will be a good experience.Once you applied you do it seriously. Practice some apti questions because you should do relatively better than others. College Name: NIT WARANGAL

Round: Test Experience: There were three rounds- Written, Technical & HR Out of 100 students 20 students are selected for Tech & HR round after written test. But finally 7 students were made final offers.
Round: HR Interview Experience: In interview they asked- what do u mean by quality, array, pointer, data structures etc . Hr questions, they asked (i) why u r interested in joining our company this is a standard question.. (ii)Why u r leaving ur core branch and joining software company, r u doing any justice to ur studies?? (iii) Since I was married, in most of the HR rounds they are a bit cynical, my advice to married people, if u r prompted to tell abt ur maritial status, then tell otherwise not. Tips: HR Questions- I've gone through the last year BE PREPARED document. Puzzles- R.S Agarwal Technical- For Core subjects not needed but for software companies strong language skills are important.
General Tips: My preparation for software companies was not up to the mark. My advice to the M.Tech students with Science backgrounds are (i) Please do not expect a core company to hire you .Software companies are the only choice (ii) Hence prepare well in advance the following topics this was not known to me (a) STRONG C & C++ LANGUAGE SKILLS (b) EMPHASIS ON DATA STRUCTURES --- linked lists, trees, queue, post-order traversal, pre-order traversal.
