1) Answer each question and speak about that particular question even you don't hv well knowledge about that question but speak and don't say sorry instantly.
2) Any words can be picked up as a next question from your previous Q&A.
3) You should hv be technical knowledge about your relevant field, whatever you hv done explain it in technical language. It should be louder with respect to your theory as well as prectical.
4) Communication skills will be more benefit.
5) Mension only that particular area in CV, in which you can answer because most of the questions asked only from your CV.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
