Round: Group Activity
Experience: We were a given a grammar test. There were 4 people other than me who had came for the same profile. But I was confident that I am gonna score well in the grammar test. I did score well.
Tips: Easy Grammar Preposition verb adverb noun pronoun. Just brush up you or mug up your old grammar books. And you will be able to clear it.

Round: Speaking on a topic
Experience: Then we had another round of speaking on a particular topic. My topic was " Why tenure is important in a company ". I gave my best answer and waited for the result. I cleared this round as well. This round totally depends on your knowledge about the topics.
Tips: Confidence and Words.

Round: Test
Experience: It was an online test.
There were some question related to Service Desk. Some were related to ITIL.
Some from Hardware / Networking. Technical Interview was a mess. Sometimes the questions were repetitive. I cleared the test as well.
Tips: Knowledge about the operations, ITIL , AD, Hardware and management helped me in clearing the test.

Experience: They had a discussion And finalised my salary and all.

Round: No offer letter received.
Experience: After everything I was waiting for almost 1 month. HR was calling and was giving sympathy. Then they sent me the regret letter. Ridiculous.
Tips: Never go to Infosys for interview. Same thing happend for many of my friends

General Tips: Hi Naukri,

Mind tree is just playing with the candidates by simply asking stupid and silly questions for a 4+ years network engineer and rejecting them by even didn't asking any one technical question.

I am facing this issue since 2 years+ not only me you can check with anyone out of 500-600 people who are attended for the interview.
