23 LPA all fixed is definitely a solid comp...But the big question, how’s the work-life balance? Morgan Stanley gigs can be intense. How’s your experience so far?

PF at 1.8K per month seems a bit on the lower side, but the fixed salary is great! Have you spoken to anyone who transitioned from contract to FTE at Morgan Stanley?

No corporate insurance for parents is definitely a downside. Have you checked if they offer any discounted plans through external partners?

Compensation looks good, but what’s the career growth like? Are you getting exposure to high-impact projects, or is it more of a support role?

Contract roles at Morgan Stanley can be tricky. Do you have any clarity on how many contractors actually get absorbed as full-time employees?

That’s a great CTC...But curious, does your role involve core development work, or is it more of a support/maintenance role?
