Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't go for sales dept in Mumbai, very toxic working culture.
There was another ASM who supposed to take the interview but he left office early for whatever reasons I don't know.
Then another so called ASM Amit shukla who don't know easy calculations took the interview.
He asked me que on calculations,i gave the correct ans but he denied.i corrected him by showing on calculator.
I saw in front of me in their office👇
They put TADA claims of sales team on hold purposely, asks TSI to go another beat after completing beat for the day.

For last two years they have openings for SO post.
Maybe because of toxic working culture created by their asms from mumbai,Hershey's attrition % is too high.
Don't spoil ur career by joing Hershey.
ASM Amit shukla is culprit why Hershey is not growing in Mumbai in term of sales,& why their front line staff leaves the organization.
he will try to demotivate you on first impression only which is interview round without listening to your achievements.
Be careful.
Don't allow this negative people to ruin your career.
I also shared this feedback with HR person named Abdul Rehman.
