Experience: Sent resume through a recruiter/placement consultant
Tips: there should be not more than 2yrs break in ones career and all the documents related to education (right from 10th std) till graduation/pg/pgdm/mba etc.. and for work experience (appointment/offer letter, salary slips, compensation revision letter / promotion letter, resignation acceptance letter/ reliving letter) should be available for all the companies one has worked for.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: 1st round of technical interview was with lead
Tips: just tell your achievements and experience on work one has done and donot lie

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: just a customary interview.

Round: HR Interview
Tips: donot fib the documents or content. on my 1st day of induction, 3 people were asked to come back with documents without which hard copy of offer letter wont be given and offer terminated if they donot comeback same day or next day.
if documents are at another place esp for relocation ppl. then please carry all your documents right from Xth std till your last degree and work related dox.
