General Tips: Though being working in a brokerage house, you will be more forced to sell INSURANCE, you wont feel like a STOCK BROKER, you will feel like a LIC AGENT while working.

an application support engineer
I just recently joined Australia based company as sql support with 3.5lpa. My previous company was small with salary 2.2 lpa and 1 year experience.
In just pobation period in my new company I found out they don't care about work life balance. Unofficially they want every employee to work minimum 10 hours per day.
I want to ask
1. Does every company want this from their employee.
2. This job used my 13 hours (job + travel) per day and it's getting hard for my personal growth as I want to switch into Business analyst.
3. Need your suggestion is I have to switch to another company in probation period or get experience for atleast 1 year.
4. My current total work experience is 1.5 year if I switch into BA what I expect from salary.
