Currently I'm pursuing my MBA, I'm in my last semester. As of now I've two offers in my hand,
1. In ICICI SECURITIES as a Relationship Manager.
2. In a startup tech company as Functional consultant on Oracle net suite (cloud based ERP).
Please guide(suggest) me which is better career opportunity in terms of Earnings and work life balance.
For both Package is same. But Icici securities offering incentives also i.e., more than package they offer.
