They gave a brand and asked to identify strength, weakness and opportunites on social media. Also share 3 month media plan with them for branding
Round 2 - Technical

Topics to prepare for HGS Social Media Manager interview:
Study the job description see if you fit in the role and only then go for it
They don't have much bigger clients as of now. Many startup and old age brands which are not active on social media. They are more focussed on the organic part rather than the paid part of digital like media buying and planning
Seems like there is a lot of internal politics and they always urge you to come to office and work
Also they will not give much hike on the current package.
Also they have long working hours se get ready if you are selected
