Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The higher Management of the company is very good they will support the employees.

But the HR Department is too worst as you don't get any benefits as they cut simply your variable salaries. and also you don't get the annual bonus as they will tell your BASIC and DA crosses 21 k hence there is no bonus like that. But when you joined they promise you will get the 100% incentive as per the CTC but in monthly salary they will give something else as they will tell the company not perform well so deduction is there in your variables salary. Also Unnecessary worst policies. different type of annual increment process they will do, The HR people are too worst as they will give medical insurance for the employees, but they will tell first cashless facility but when you admit for a medical reason in any hospital you need to pay some partial charges after got discharged. when you inquiry with the HR Department they will tell that for few of the reason there is no cashless facility hence there is some partial charges. Also they will deduct some amount in your salary for the Group Medical Coverage. If I say one thing that the HR department is worst.
