Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction and Booking Assistance: Contact leads via phone, email. Manage initial guest enquiries, assist with booking.
• Calls and Enquiries: Make calls to potential guest and handle daily enquiry.
• Product/Service Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the companys products or services.
• Sales Support: Assist in proposals, quotations, Confirmation and Co-ordination.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with English, Kannada and Malayalam wiill be added advantage.
