Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to Vice President of Operations:
    • Assist the Vice President in managing day-to-day resort operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and performance objectives.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Vice President and operational teams, ensuring timely communication and effective execution of directives.

  • Cross-Resort Coordination:
    • Collaborate with General Managers and Heads of Departments across resorts to ensure consistent operational excellence and service delivery.
    • Monitor key operational metrics and provide feedback to resort leadership to optimize performance across properties.
    • Drive alignment on operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain uniformity and best practices.

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee the smooth operation of resort activities, addressing any issues that may arise to ensure minimal disruption to guest services.
    • Conduct regular reviews of resort operations, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
    • Ensure that all resorts are operating in compliance with internal policies, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track and report on operational performance metrics across resorts, including occupancy rates, guest satisfaction, and revenue targets.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the Vice President on the performance of each resort, including recommendations for enhancements.
    • Assist in preparing operational reports, budgets, and forecasts as required by senior leadership.

  • Operational Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational challenges and ensuring that any issues are quickly addressed by the appropriate teams.
    • Facilitate collaboration between resorts for resource sharing and problem-solving, fostering a cohesive network of properties.

  • Team Development & Leadership:
    • Support GMs and HODs in the professional development of their teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Foster strong working relationships between operational teams across resorts to promote seamless communication and coordination.
