Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Ask if they are taking them on for backfill or as per requirement from assistant manager to deputy general managers everyone is a dumb heads they just take for name sake and spoil our time where we deny other offers I would say Omega healthcare management should be kept as last option in terms of career or interview scheduling cuz they dont deserve to be a competitor in market and completely absurd on recruitments and no proper planning with dumb management
