Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company is good but people aren't
Pros
1. Working Environment sometimes dependent and sometimes independent
2. You will Get LM sheet to call everyday and end of day make a minimum 50/day calls
3. You will have good assistance from your group leader in terms of understanding, how to call and what to ask
4. Recruiter give all people a good chance to prove themselves and once you start from here u will understand the logistic, vendors, incentives, riders, managers.
5. You will get free coffees, tea, hot drinks, snacks to boost your energy when you get tired.
6. Bengaluru head office (Apek Building) is really good in terms of their employees freedoms, here all mind their own buisness exept u won't do something bad
Cons
Few leaders are really rude in terms of their behaviour like when you complete your deadlines they won't care about your mental health, they will tell you complete one after another sheet without letting you to take rest, sometimes they will tell you you have only completed 60 calls Why you don't watch others people who are doing 150 calls per day, Every person have their own capabilities and approch to talk where some of them wants to give good assistance on behalf of company face as customer support, and some calls for fun and making same calling remarks, so I won't say that I am good more calls but whomever I called I made genuine summary report with different remarks.
2. They won't care about your work loads they will care about being late, because I was 10 km away from the office location were I was staying, I told leader that sometimes it's really hard to reach office at 10:00 Am because of traffic and distance, and I were late only for 10-20 mins and I was doing job at fast-paced even made record of 163 calls/day, and one day when you call only 20 calls in 5 hours and colleague who where doing same sheet have complained that I had stole someone remarks, I had called vacant remarks which was busy, and that day I came late only for 20 mins because I shifted my previous staying location to nearby company PG in morning, Senior have good reason to scold me he came and asked why you have been late and why don't you completed only 30 calls, this not good behaviour and approch and whatever I explained with real reason, they were not satisfied, I left the office because they were not interested me to continue, that day I called my HR at 8:00 PM and office closes to 7:00 PM and asked what's the matter am I coming tomorrow for work, she said who are you and is this time to call HR, You have been terminated.
3. They will judge you very early whether you are capable of not, company is very good but what I said naa people aren't is because work culture is really good, everyone have freedom to learn new but only few good senior will help you to grow, not everyone there you will get, and one more thing politics is everywhere 😁
4. No compensation and allowance you will get except for free coffe and snacks, I have worked only 1 month and I was very happy because I was getting only 18k/m which I still didn't got yet. Still I was satisfied because of company work culture but that day was my big nightmare, I don't want to join that company ever again because I had choosen and I am in regret.
5. No matter how you work and how you approch, they won't give a piece of your dedication and love towards your working style, some people are very rude and sometimes they will make you feel sorry what you are doing, and sometimes when you ask help from senior will won't help not even explain you how to solve it, once you failed they will have good reason to ask why you done this? Common I am new how I know all things at a time.
6. You will have no week off it's 6 days/week and for fresher they won't give you any assistance in leaves and no Health Insurance to their employees.

Have shared brief experience about this employer/organisation
If you want to have experience go for it and work with no greed and no expectations once you in.
Always be thankful what you get and also try not to lost your own self for being nice alltime
