Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was mostly on Project Management concepts. For every question, I tried answering all possible ways. For example, when questioned about estimation, I answered as below:
We have different estimation techniques based on the Project Management Model we follow and the client requirement. If we are using Agile Methodology, then we will have the estimation done at Scrum Planning which is done before every Scrum (2 weeks). In the Waterfall model, we will use the standard estimation and expert advice, organizational policies, and client-specific methods if any.
I was interviewed on Stakeholder management, Agile Methods, Scrum Ceremonies, Knowledge management, Risk Management, and Communication Management. I'm not very confident about the Risk Management questions, but I could answer other topics. For every question, I tried answering by taking different Project Management Methods like in waterfall model, and the Agile Model (Scrum). Also, I tried giving many examples to support my answer.
