Role Overview :

As a Delphi Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to innovative solutions that align with business needs while mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi.

- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test applications.

- Project Management : Assist project managers in meeting timelines and milestones.

- System Analysis : Analyze requirements to deliver software solutions that meet business goals.

- Code Quality : Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews.

- Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

- Reporting : Estimate task durations and communicate progress to project managers.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 5-6 years of software development experience, with a focus on Delphi.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Familiarity with Agile development environments.

- Proficiency in SQL Server is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
