About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Delivery Manager to lead our BFS (Banking, Financial Services) client projects, specifically focusing on Payments and Card services.

- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Java and Testing, with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

- Lead and manage a team of 300+ professionals, including developers, testers, and project managers.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous improvement and career growth.

Project Delivery:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in project delivery.

Client Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, risks, and issues.

Technical Expertise:

- Utilize your extensive knowledge of Java and Testing to guide technical teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into project strategies.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the BFSI vertical.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Solution/Proposal Strategy:

- Work closely with Sales leadership throughout the deal lifecycle for Delivery led growth.

- Collaborate and manage stakeholders from technology practices, Delivery, Verticals and other Enabling Functions to develop the integrated solution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 20+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on BFSI clients.

- Extensive experience in Payments and Card services.

- Strong technical background in Java and Testing.

- Proven experience in managing large teams (300+ members).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
