Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Delphi applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and UX, to define and deliver new features and solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing codebases, improving performance and ease of maintenance.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution in a production environment.
- Document code thoroughly and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Delphi and integrate new technologies and techniques into ongoing projects.
- Contribute to the migration of legacy Delphi applications to newer versions, improving the overall architecture and performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience working with Delphi, especially the latest versions.
- Proven experience with N-Tier Architecture in Delphi applications.
- Experience in migrating Delphi applications from older versions (e.g, Delphi 7 to newer versions).
- Strong expertise in creating MDA (Model-Driven Architecture) applications using the latest Delphi versions.
- Solid experience working with SQL Server or other RDBMS.
- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Report Builder, Fast Reports, or other similar tools.
- Familiarity with Angular, HTML, and CSS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong experience with Delphi development and the latest Delphi versions.
- In-depth knowledge of N-Tier Architecture and its application in Delphi.
- Proficient in SQL Server and other RDBMS technologies.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Report Builder, Fast Reports, or similar.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Knowledge of Model-Driven Architecture and Delphi's MDA capabilities
