We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the functions of recruitment audit and compliance, vendor management, and the development and refinement of recruitment processes and policies.
This pivotal role ensures alignment of recruitment practices with regulatory requirements and organizational standards while maintaining efficient vendor partnerships and driving process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead internal and external recruitment audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Develop and implement audit strategies, plans, and processes to evaluate recruitment practices effectively.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address compliance issues and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Manage the recruitment vendor function, including selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain recruitment processes, policies, and SOPs to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of recruitment processes and policies to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to recruitment teams on compliance and policy adherence.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in recruitment, audit, compliance, or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven expertise in managing recruitment vendors and leading compliance audits.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
