Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across tech, operations, and business functions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with culture and compliance requirements.
- Create and manage an exceptional employee experience, from onboarding through the entire employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with key HR partners, including payroll providers, benefits administrators, and recruitment agencies.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position as an employer of choice in the fashion-tech ecosystem
- Establish HR metrics and analytics frameworks to measure and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive culture-building initiatives that reinforce values of customer obsession, entrepreneurial thinking, speed, integrity, and team belongingness.
Critical Success Factors:
- Successfully scale the organisation's team strength as per evolving business plans
- Achieve a high offer acceptance rate for critical roles
- Maintain employee engagement scores above industry benchmarks
- Establish fully compliant HR operations with zero regulatory issues
- Implement a comprehensive HR technology stack within the first six months
- Create and roll out a structured onboarding program
Education and Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics-driven decision-making
- Experience with HRIS and HR technology implementation
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration
