Regional Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

- Drive talent acquisition for the region, ensuring manning percentages versus allocated budgets are maintained

- Drive talent acquisition for Senior Leadership hiring at the regional level.

- Track and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the processes of Goal setting, Confirmation, PIP etc. are initiated and closed within the stipulated timelines, as per the policy.

- Track performance of employees across different branches. Identify low and high performing employees.

- Speak to employees in the region and address concern areas, conflicts, and other grievances. Where required, escalate issues to the concerned stakeholders.

- Counsel low performers and initiate performance improvement plans, where necessary. Guide managers on how to motivate and reward the higher performers to boost their performances.

- Follow-up with employees and their managers to drive timely closure of the performance management cycle across the region.
