Job Description :

Basic Qualifications : (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

- Excellent working knowledge of Delphi development and upgrade - 5 to 7 years

- Understanding of ASP .NET technology - 2 years.

- Microsoft SQL Server and database experience - 1 to 2 years.

- Web Service development experience - 1 to 2 years.

- Effective communication skills to convey complex and technical information both orally and in writing.

- Ability to work independently and effective coordination with teams.

Nice to have :

- Delphi upgrade experience on mobile applications.

- Mobile Device development (Android, iPhone, iOS, tablet)

- Knowledge of FlashFiler

- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field

- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT development

- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience
