Job Description :
Work Experience (Domain / SAP) : Experience with 4-8 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading , Automobile , Retail ,Pharma ,Cement, Textiles.
- Candidate should have worked in minimum 2 E2E implementations projects
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients Added advantage if candidate has SAP SD and "S/4 HANA for Customer Management" Functional knowledge/Experience SAP Configuration skills in CRM Module along with ECC integration
- Solid understanding of SAP data model in SAP CRM Strong consulting skills and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP CRM Sales and Service area Configuration of One Order object, Web UI, Business Role, Interaction Center and ERMS
- Ability to write detailed functional specifications for outputs forms, interfaces and custom functionalities Knowledge in User exits, BAPI, BADi and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC

Key Responsibilities:
SAP CRM Implementation & Configuration :
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end (E2E) SAP CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service Management, and Marketing functionalities.
- Work on the configuration of One Order, Web UI, Business Roles, Interaction Center, and ERMS to meet client-specific business requirements.
Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management :
- Serve as the primary consultant for SAP CRM solutions and assist clients in mapping their business processes to SAP CRM functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and clients to understand business needs and provide optimal SAP CRM solutions.
- Communicate and present to senior-level stakeholders on project progress, status, and risks.
Integration & Technical Expertise :
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with SAP ECC and other systems, working closely with technical teams for data transfer and mapping.
- Support middleware configurations to ensure effective communication between SAP CRM and other applications.
- Configure and implement CRM modules integration with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) where applicable.
Customization and Enhancements :
- Provide solutions for custom functionalities by writing detailed functional specifications, including outputs, forms, interfaces, and custom features.
- Involved in creating, testing, and deploying user exits, BAPI, BADi, and tools like LSMW and BDC for data upload and interface management.
Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide ongoing support to clients, resolve post-implementation issues, and ensure smooth operation of SAP CRM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM Sales, Service Management, and Marketing processes.
Knowledge Transfer & Documentation :
- Document configuration settings, processes, and functional specifications.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the client's internal team is trained on system usage and best practices.
S/4 HANA for Customer Management :
- Apply SAP S/4 HANA for Customer Management functionality where applicable to enhance the client's CRM system capabilities.
- Work on S/4 HANA features related to CRM, ensuring they are appropriately leveraged during the implementation process.
