Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM-Services Consultant with a strong background in SAP CRM modules and services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, deep technical expertise, and proven problem-solving capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP CRM solutions to meet business and technical needs.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.

- Configure and maintain SAP CRM modules related to service and support processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective CRM system integration and delivery.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform system analysis to ensure seamless operation.

- Design, test, and deploy solutions while adhering to SLAs and timelines.

- Provide user training and support to ensure optimal system usage.

- Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and process flows.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAPCRM Services.

- Strong expertise in SAP CRM modules, including service request processing and service order management.

- Familiarity with integration techniques for CRM with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules.

- Experience with SAP CRM Web UI configuration and related tools.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming or other relevant SAP technical platforms is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
