Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across the organization.

- Initiate and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with process owners and functional teams.

- Evaluate the financial impact and cost savings from process improvements.

- Ensure the sustainability of improvements by integrating them into regular operations.

- Utilize expertise in Software Engineering and the Project Lifecycle to enhance implementation practices.

- Analyze metrics to assess and improve performance.

- Develop quality frameworks aligned with business needs for internal and external stakeholders.

- Apply knowledge of the Agile Framework to optimize processes.

- Leverage expertise in the CMMI Framework and its process areas for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Educational Qualification: Engineering graduate or equivalent.

- (MBA will be a plus)

- Experience: 14-16 years in process-driven projects and business excellence roles.

- Proficiency in statistical tools like Minitab or similar applications.

- Strong understanding of the CMMI Level 5 High Maturity Model.

- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Kaizen, and quality frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
