Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - ❌Worst interview process!!
They took 8+ rounds of interviews in 17 days to give unhelpful and inappropriate feedback. For this company I have invested my time in providing marketing plans for projects under the guise of assignments. These plans were not merely tests, but comprehensive strategies. They was internal politics in process, then I am grateful to have been spared from joining a toxic work environment. DO NOT WASTE TIME FOR SUCH TOXIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Always remember,
- Your profile / resume / CV should be made by yourself with whatever little you know or have learned. Even if you are outsourcing the task then ensure that it reflects your true skills and capability. Do not generalize as most do
- Be aware of your skills and present an example even if that's from your personal life. Inform that the example I am about to present is from my personal life
- Never over say and over write just to get the job, rather spend time working on your skills and especially communication skills
- Yes / No is not an answer unless asked too, better to explain in brief

NOTE:
- Be genuine & authentic
- An interview is a formal conversation and not something that will decide the course of your life. Just be ready for the outcome which is purely based on the efforts you have put in
- The interviewer doesn't have a gun so open up and speak
- Drink water & smile it keeps you calm, at ease and it doesn't cost you anything in fact helps build a good vibe and conversation

I truly follow every single thing mentioned above and it has helped me crack the job / project I eagerly wanted. Even if I don't get it, apart from turning out to be an amazing learning experience I have been able to network or made friends. Most of the interviewers get supercharged and motivated by the energy and experiences I have had so far. They all have one thing to say, thanks a ton for taking the time to come for an interview more than an interview it has been a learning session for them.

All my interviews, that I give (as a candidate) or conduct (while I am hiring) have always been a beautiful elongated conversation and always presented as an example.

All The Best : )
