About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in digital media design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging social media content, visually appealing landing pages, and other digital assets. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create visually compelling social media posts, banners, ads, and email templates tailored for various platforms.

- Develop user-friendly and attractive landing pages in collaboration with web developers and marketing teams.

- Ensure designs are aligned with the brand's visual identity and meet the requirements of digital platforms.

- Create and maintain design templates and libraries for efficient production.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm new creative ideas for campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and platform guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in digital design with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

Technical Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and/or Figma.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with platform-specific guidelines for social media and web design.

Design Skills:

- Ability to translate marketing strategies into high-quality visuals.

- Experience creating interactive and user-focused designs.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
