Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I request to experienced and young people not to join Electrical Department of Aker Solutions. Mr. Wagle has made working environment toxic for new joiner. There is recruitment consultant through which Mr. wagle recruits and make newly joined person to leave in 6 months and again he recruit through agency i think there is money trail will be there between agency and Mr. wagle.
