Before interview make sure you know about the company and about the position for which you are giving interview. This was my first interview and I have selected for the same..... I want to thank Naukri.Com for this....Guys the most important thing is that I haven't wait for selection of my Resume I just go to the top MNCs job pages and noted down the HR or Recruitment person number then I started contacting those persons one on one, everyone has not responded me but trust me I am working in Tech Mahindra just implementing the same as I have mentioned...this is all I wanted to share but a heartily thanks to Naukri.Com this is the platform where I found the top MNCs HR or Recruiters number....
